Psychotherapy
There are evidence-based therapies that can be used to help wide range of difficulties. During the first session, we will talk over what problems you would like to work on, how they are affecting your day to day life and together we will develop an understanding about why you are feeling the way you feel . We will then make a plan together about the next steps and the therapy approach I recommend we use to reach your goals.
We will review how things are going regularly.
