Holistic, Pre Cosmetic Surgery Reviews

I provide Pre Cosmetic Surgery Psychological Assessments. My main aim is to empower clients to make positive and informed decisions about physical changes to their bodies that will enhance their emotional and psychological wellbeing.

During the holistic review, I will speak to my clients about how they feel about their body image, how they feel about themselves and their lives and how the aims of surgery fit in with this. We will discuss elements of the surgery and recovery process and think together about how this will enhance their overall goals. I like to take time to reflect on the emotional journey of recover after surgery in order to help my clients plan ahead for a positive outcome following surgery.  Ultimately, I want to work together with my clients to help them to achieve their goals about their body and mind.
